Refund policy

A full refund is guaranteed only if an incorrect product has been delivered to you, i.e. the product you have ordered does not match the product that has been received by you. 

Terms of product return:

 However, there are a few conditions to be fulfilled for product return:

• It should be as it is delivered to you, undamaged, unwashed, and unused.
• The tags should be intact and entire.
• The original packaging should be returned as well with the product within.
• There shouldn’t be any make-up stain or perfume smell from the product.
• The return must be initiated within four days of delivery.
• The shipping costs are non-refundable. The customers have to pay the shipping cost for returning/ exchanging a product.
