Refund policy

A full refund is guaranteed only if an incorrect product has been delivered to you, i.e. the product you have ordered does not match the product that has been received by you. In all other cases of return, store credit will be provided instead of a cash refund.

However, there are a few conditions to be fulfilled for product return:

• It should be as it is delivered to you, undamaged, unwashed, and unused.
• The tags should be intact and entire.
• The original packaging should be returned as well with the product within.
• There shouldn't be any make-up stain or perfume smell from the product.
• The return or exchange must be initiated within seven days of delivery.
• Returns and exchanges are to be done at the customer's own expense. The shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer has to pay the shipping cost for returning/exchanging a product.
• In case of a return, store credit will be issued. No cash refund will be provided.
