Shipping policy

We make sure that all domestic products reach our customer’s doorstep within the given time frame (5-7 days). The essence of our product is the art of the weavers of Chattisgarh. Every product of ours is hand-woven and thus requires extra time and care, starting from the production to its delivery, it's a journey for us. We request you to have patience in case, your delivery gets delayed for any reason. The delivery timeline is subjective to the availability of the product, shipping partner & location which are not in our control.

Exchange

Our exchange policy is quite simple to understand.

• The product doesn’t suit you well, we understand, let’s exchange it.
• The product is defective, or it is not the same as you ordered from us, let’s exchange it.
• After the exchange has been initiated, you are given an option to choose an outfit of the same amount or to opt for a credit note of the same amount and then shop for another product of equal amount from our website. 
• Unfortunately, if you have received a defective/damaged product from our side, it is requested that you email a photo of the product within four days of receiving the order.
